Support
One-UP is made by a small team. Write to us and a person answers — but three questions come up often enough that the answers are here.
- How do I cancel One-UP Plus?
- In your Apple ID settings, not in the app — Apple runs the subscription, so only Apple can stop it. On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → One-UP → Cancel Subscription. Do it at least 24 hours before the period ends. Until that day everything you paid for keeps working, and after it the app stays: your history and your analyses are still there, and you are back to three analyses a month.
- Where are my photos?
- On your phone. They go to the model for as long as the analysis takes and are gone from our side the moment the result comes back — in the paid version too. What we keep is the written description, never the image. That means the photos leave with the app if you uninstall it, so save the ones that matter to your Photos first.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app: Profile → your name → Delete account. It removes your analyses, your visits and the account itself, and unlinks One-UP from your Apple ID. One thing it does not do is cancel the subscription — Apple does not let an app do that. Cancel it first in your Apple ID settings, then delete the account.
- Can I take my data with me?
- Yes, and you do not have to ask. In the app: Profile → Privacy → Your data. It builds a ZIP with your analyses, visits, appointments, favourites, account details, your consent record and the photos from this phone, plus a note explaining what is in which file. Free, with or without a subscription.
